These past couple of days have been pretty busy. Yesterday a friend of ours, Sam Lark, called and asked if we wanted to go to the Fort Clark Gun Club Shooting Range and practice firing several of his pistols. Sam is very knowledgeable about pistols and gun safety. We decided to take him up on his offer to go to the range as his guests. John took his own pistol to practice with. I shot a 22 pistol of Sam's. It was the first time I had ever fired a hand gun. I actually hit the center of the target. It sure was a fun time and a great new experience. Today started out misty and cloudy, but by noon it was sunny and warm. John started a little job for the condo association while I went to Del Rio. Tonight we went to Tim and Mary Ellen's for supper and a couple of games of Hand and Foot.
We have started this blog to keep family and friends updated with news and photos about our lives in both Minnesota and Texas. We hope you will check in often and enjoy sharing our experiences.
