There was no color outside when we looked out the windows this morning--it looked like a black and white photo with the cloudy sky and fog. We had another 3-4 inches of wet heavy snow yesterday which meant the driveway would be a sloppy mess again. Right after breakfast, John bundled up, fired up the four wheeler, and spent a couple of hours plowing the snow and slush off the driveway in the hopes of it drying out faster and avoiding mud and ruts. Early this evening the clouds broke up, the sun came out, and we had a nice sunset. Maybe there's hope for us yet the weather pattern will break and the snow will be gone soon.
