John and I overslept this morning, so we took our walk a little later than usual. It was warmer by that time, but at least the humidity that has hung around the past few days was gone. Our weather was just about perfect today and it looks like it will continue that way for the next couple of days.

John worked in the shop this morning doing some assembly for JD. They are getting caught up on orders and will soon have to start making product for the summer wholesale market in August. I spent the morning doing some laundry and working on the finances.

We are planning to put a new floor in our kitchen this summer, so after lunch we headed off to Bemidji where we spent most of the afternoon in Menards and Home Depot looking at the many different types of flooring. I think we have finally decided up a laminated flooring with the look of tile. John wants to get the garage and maybe the woodshed completed before starting on the kitchen. At least the big decision has been made about what we want to put down.

By the time we had made our final flooring decision, it was time for supper, so we made a stop at Burger King for a couple of their Junior Whoppers. Our final destination was Wal Mart to gas up the Honda and pick up some milk along with a few other groceries which included vanilla ice cream to eat with our strawberries.

Yesterday John had finally gotten the lawn completely done including the trimming. It looked so nice and neat that I had to take a photo. Our roses are also starting to bloom.
