We woke up to another beautiful day--warm temps and plenty of sunshine; however, the weatherman was calling for a big change sometime today. John worked in the shop this morning doing some assembly. I started some laundry and finished getting the guest room ready for next week's visitors.
After lunch, John worked out in the garden picking cucumbers and grapes--tomorrow we'll get busy making more grape juice and pickles. Sam had another football game this afternoon, so we headed up to the school a little after 4 p.m. Right around lunch time, the winds started picking up out of the north and the temps began dropping. By game time, we had to wear long pants and hooded sweatshirts--by the end of the game, we were quite cold. The Bears won and Sam played a great game.
We have started this blog to keep family and friends updated with news and photos about our lives in both Minnesota and Texas. We hope you will check in often and enjoy sharing our experiences.
