John and I slept in a little later this morning as we were still recovering from the late nights spent visiting and playing cards with our guests.  We ate breakfast out on the porch, got cleaned up, and headed off to church.  On our way home we stopped at JD's to pick up a tool used to install screening and then made another stop at Matt's to see the new basketball hoop they put up this weekend.

Following lunch, we watched a little golf, worked on the computer, and did some reading.  John and I then replaced one of the screening panels on the porch that got ripped over the winter.  Our weather has been nice and warm which has been a big help with the garden.  The strawberry plants are blooming and John has started picking berries.  Last year the spring was much warmer and by this time we were done picking strawberries and making jelly.  We would like to take a trip to Kentucky to visit John's brother, but that will have to wait a couple of weeks until berry picking is done.
