This morning was overcast but warm when we left the house for our usual walk around the golf course. Even though it was quite early, several golfers were out practicing their putting and chipping for the men's club champion which was being played today and tomorrow. After dodging a couple of balls, we decided to cut across the fairways and finish our walk on the sidewalk leading to our house.
Following breakfast John headed down to the clubhouse to meet up with the men's nine hole group. There were four teams and John's group ended up at even par. While he was gone, I cleaned out some drawers and packed up more of our winter clothing. John went over to Sam's after lunch to finish up the garage door frame they've been working on and has now completed all the projects Sam needed to have done.
When John returned home, we headed out to play around of golf. Since it was much later in the afternoon when we started out, we had the whole course to ourselves. We ended the day watching "Survivor" and some recorded DVR shows.
