Today was another beautiful sunny day. This whole week has been just wonderful and much appreciated after all the rain and coolness the first part of May.

John was out bright and early again. He and Matt finished the shingling portion of the job and tomorrow will start on the footers for the addition. John is glad that tomorrow is Friday and that he will have a chance to rest over the weekend. They have put in some long days.

I finally have things ready for the garage sale. Tomorrow evening I'll take everything up to Sara's and get it set up. I spent some time today working on finances and finishing up some more laundry--trying to get the clothes ready for our trip.

After supper John got some more grass cut--he should be able to get the rest done over the weekend. Spent a quiet evening just watching some TV--not much going on right now.
