John spent the morning working in the shop with JD while I did some laundry and more picture sorting. I'm just about finished with that part of my project. This afternoon was a busy one for all of us. Sam had a football game in Clearbrook, so Matt, Rachel, JD, and Josh went to the game. JD helped run the chains for the game. The bad news from the game was that one of the opposing players broke his arm--brought back bad memories for Sam.
John and I picked up Sara and we headed off to Cass Lake to watch Hanna's volleyball game. The time of the game was moved back and it didn't start until 6 p.m. The 7th grade girls had a rough night, losing the first game, winning the second, and losing the third--not a good way to end their season. Hanna had an excellent night serving, setting, and returning volleys. By the time we reached Bemidji it was almost 8 p.m., so we stopped at Perkins for a late supper. Of course, when we dropped Sara and Hanna off at the house, John had to run in an get a quick recap of Sam's game. The Bears won 24-14 with Sam scoring two touchdowns. The guys play again tomorrow afternoon.
