Well, today is our final one here on the fort and, as usual, we both have mixed emotions about leaving.  We have had a wonderful winter here in south Texas and enjoyed being with old friends and making some new ones.

John and I both walked the golf course this morning under cloudy skies and very high humidity.  Following breakfast John headed over to Metcalf's to finish up the caulking job on their shower.  While he was gone, I changed the bed linens and started giving the place a thorough cleaning.  Ralph stopped in for a visit late this morning and we said we would stop by his place to say good-ye some time in the afternoon.

After lunch, we got busy loading the rest of our stuff into the Honda and then mopped the tile floor in the house.  John then drove the golf cart, while I followed in the car, over to Gerald's place.  He has graciously volunteered to "babysit" our golf cart for the summer.  We bid him farewell and went across the street to say good-bye to Darlene and Everett who are also heading out tomorrow.  Next stop was Sandwick's where we ran into Ralph and visited out on their shaded patio in the warm breezes.  It wasn't long before Gerald joined our little group.  We bid them all farewell with plans to meet up in May when Dave and Valada make a quick trip to Bagley.  John and I ran into Randy and Nancy coming back from our house, so we all decided to head into town for something to eat as it was supper time.  We spent a very pleasant hour or so over our meal and, as we were leaving, Nancy gave me a cute little purple purse she made--I was so surprised to receive such a nice gift.

When we got back home, we finished packing up the few remaining items, ran the dishwasher, and cleaned out the fridge.  All the good-byes have been said and we are both sad and happy to be heading home.

Friday, March 29, 2013

It was warm, humid, and cloudy most of the day.  John and I walked and biked this morning, then, following breakfast, John headed over to Stan's to re-caulk their bathroom shower.  He discovered a major leak after removing the old caulking and had to let things dry out overnight before installing the new caulk.  He'll tackle that job first thing in the morning.

I had all the crates and boxes packed, so John loaded them into the Honda.  Now it's just the last minute items to be loaded, so we're in good shape to get out of here bright and early Sunday morning.  At 1 p.m. we went to the clubhouse where we met up with John B. for one last round of golf--not sure we'll have enough time to play tomorrow morning.  It's the end of the month scramble in the afternoon, so the morning is the only chance we'll have to be on the course.

Following golf, John went into town to pick up a couple of subs for supper and tomorrow's lunch.  Since he has been watching all the college basketball games, and more were on TV this evening, I opted out to go to Bingo this evening.   We had quite a few winners at our table tonight including me.  The crowd was much smaller as more of the Winter Texans headed north this week.  John and I will spend some time tomorrow visiting and saying "good-bye" and giving the house a good cleaning.

Thursday, March 28, 2013

It was about 15 degrees warmer this morning when John and I walked and biked.  When I got back home he had a nice breakfast of bacon, eggs, and toast just about ready to eat.  We are trying to use up the few remaining items left in the fridge before we leave on Sunday so it looks like it will be the same breakfast for the next couple of days.

This morning John went into town to the post office to drop off some mail and to turn in the mail forwarding form I filled out.  This will forward mail to our MN address for the next six months.  While John was gone I worked on some finances and took care of a bill or two so everything is up-to-date and won't need any attention until next month.

Following lunch, we headed down to the clubhouse for our last couple's golf of the season.  Today we were paired with Bo and Penny and finished with a good round of two under par which gave us second place and $16 dollars to splitThis was the first time we played with Bo and Penny. They were a lot of fun and we had a great time.  John and I have enjoyed couples' golf and the opportunity to meet and play with others folks.  We are going to miss this fun activity when we go back home.

Since it was almost supper time when we finished playing this afternoon, and the fridge is running on empty, we headed down to Burger and Shake for supper.   When we were back at the house, we gathered up the recycling items so John could drop them off at the center on his way to his last wood carvers meeting.

As much as we are looking forward to heading home and seeing the family again, it's always hard to say good-bye to our Texas friends and the laid back life style we enjoy while here on the fort.  I know one thing for sure, we will have quite an adjustment to make when seeing snow and cold temps again.

Wednesday, March 27, 2013

Today we returned to our normal morning routine of a walk and bike ride.  The temps were still on the cool side, but by the afternoon it did warm up enough to be outside in sweatshirts.

This morning John headed over to the clubhouse for men's Wednesday golf.  There were only nine guys today, so they formed three teams of three golfers each.  Everyone had a good round with all teams coming in under par.  I did some more packing and checking cabinets to be sure they were empty and we hadn't left anything inside of them.

Our plan for the afternoon was to play some golf, but the winds came up so we opted out.  John went over to Sam's to put up a ceiling fan and I headed into town for a haircut and to run a couple of errands.  Gene and Jeanne Bevins are pulling out for Indiana tomorrow morning, so we ran over to the RV park to visit with them and bid them safe travels.  We're hoping they will visit us in the north country this summer.  From there we went over to see Dave and Valada Sandwick to return a couple of puzzles and also bid them farewell.  We'll be seeing them in August when they spend some time in Bagley.

When we were finally through with visiting it was way past supper time, so we drove into town and grabbed a quick bite at Burger and Shake.  John took some time to wash the Honda when we returned home and then we spent the rest of the evening watching Survivor and a few other favoite TV shows.

Tuesday, March 26, 2013

The cooler temps and winds continued again today.  I skipped my walk as I thought I would be playing golf with Natalie early this morning; however, she called 45 minutes before tee off and said she was sick and had to cancel.  I then spent the morning with more cleaning, laundry, and packing.

After lunch, John and I headed off to the clubhouse and played a round of golf.  The course was pretty empty as many folks have headed home.  We signed up for couples' golf Thursday and hope to play a few more times before hanging up the clubs for the season.

We took a walk around the circle after supper and then spent the evening watching some of the women's NCAA tournament.  Most of our time is spent getting ready to head to MN on Sunday morning.

Monday, March 25, 2013

Today was sunny but the temps remained on the cool side which meant we needed sweatshirts when outside.  Both John and I were able to get our morning exercise done and after breakfast, he headed off to woodcarvers.  The number of carvers was down this morning due to many folks having scheduling conflicts.  While John was gone, I kept busy cleaning out the kitchen cabinets, packing up more clothes, and doing a little cleaning.

This afternoon John went back over to Sam's and finished up the AC installation and then helped knock a doorway in a wall.  He needs to return to put one more coat of finish on the trim and then he'll finally be done.  Paul and Melinda stopped over this afternoon to say "good-bye" as they are pulling out tomorrow to head to Arizona for a couple of months.  Paul has been one of John's golfing buddies all winter and will be missed.

This evening John ran a couple of chores in town and then we spent the remainder of the evening watching previously recorded shows.  We need to get the DVR cleaned out before we head north.

Sunday, March 24, 2013

The wind and colder temps returned overnight and it was quite a shock to the system.  It was back to long pants and sweatshirts today.

John and I overslept this morning, so we skipped the walk and bike ride once again.  Following breakfast we got cleaned up and headed off to church where we had a guest speaker as our pastor was out of town.

This afternoon we watched some more college basketball and around 3 p.m. headed off to play nine holes of golf.  It was a little challenging on some of the holes as the wind was blowing in our faces.  All in all, we both played a pretty good round.

We headed into town to pick up a few grocery items to see us through this week and also got a sub for supper.  Our evening was spent watching more college basketball as well as reading on the Kindle.

Saturday, March 23, 2013

The day started off overcast with very high humidity, but once the clouds broke up, it didn't take long for the temperature to soar.  We reached a high of 93 degrees this afternoon.

We skipped the exercise this morning and headed right over to the RV park for the last of the Saturday morning breakfasts.  There was quite a crowd today as I think folks were taking the opportunity to visit with and say good-bye to those who are leaving over the next few days.

When we returned home, John gathered up his tools and headed over to Sam's to install a new wall air conditioner.  Sam needs to pick up a few more pieces of trim, so John will go back on Monday afternoon and get the job finished.  I think that's the last of the work Sam wanted him to do.  This afternoon John met up with Paul and John B. to play a few holes of golf.  It was pretty hot out on the course, so he wasn't out there too long.  I opted out to stay in the AC where it was nice and comfortable and do some reading on my Kindle.  The packing is coming along and we should be ready to head out in a week without having to rush to get everything situated before getting on the road.

Tim and Mary Ellen stopped in for a few minutes this afternoon to say "good-bye" as they are leaving for Michigan tomorrow morning.  We were in the middle of Skyping our grandson, Noah, and they helped us sing Happy Birthday to him.  We will miss seeing them here on the fort and look forward to keeping in touch over the summer.  Our evening was spent watching more college basketball and just relaxing in the cool AC.

Friday, March 22, 2013

We had another scorcher today with temps reaching into the low nineties.  We actually turned on the AC this evening.  It's hard to believe that we have several feet of snow at home and the temps are only in the teens.  John and I got the morning exercise out of the way first thing and then took care of a few chores before heading off to the clubhouse to meet Paul and Tim for some golf.  Since it was so warm, I only played nine holes.  John stuck it out with guys for a full 18 hole round.

We have pretty much decided that our departure date will be April 1st if the weather along our route home co-operates. Most of our friends will be gone by then and many of the activities here on the fort are coming to an end or have already ended for the season.  Our main focus now is to get the house cleaned and everything packed up and stored away.

Thursday, March 21, 2013

We had a pretty quiet day.  It was the usual morning routine and then John headed back over to Sam's to finish hanging a closet door.  I tackled the laundry and continued on with the sorting and packing.

This afternoon was couple's golf and we were paired with Wallace and Lou.  We shot a round of three under par, but that wasn't a good enough score to win some prize money.  After supper, John headed over to wood carvers while I cleaned up the kitchen and finished up a couple of more loads of laundry.  The remainder of the evening was spent watching a couple of favorite TV shows and the college basketball games.  Life is starting to slow down as our time in Texas is coming to an end.

Wednesday, March 20, 2013

It was quite a busy day for us.  John and I were up a little earlier than usual for our morning walk and bike ride.  The temps were in the low 60's when we left the house and as soon as the sun got above the horizon, they started their upward journey.  Our highs today reached well into the 80's with pleasant humidity.

Following breakfast, John headed off to the clubhouse where eleven guys showed up to play golf.  They divided up into two teams of four and one of three players.  Everyone had an excellent game with all teams scoring well under par.  While John was gone I kept busy with more sorting and packing and making another pasta salad for tonight's gathering at Mary Ellen and Tim's place.

This afternoon John went over to Sam's house to work on repairing a closet door.  Once that was done, we met up with John B. and Paul on the tenth hole and played the back nine.  We got home in plenty of time to get cleaned up, gather our plates, utensils, and salad, and then drove the golf cart over to the Miner's house.  Mary Ellen had quite a few pork chops she needed to use before heading home to Michigan next Monday, so she invited about 14 folks over for supper and a night of cards.  Everyone brought a dish to share and we ended up with a delicious meal and a fun evening playing 31.

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

Spring is in full swing here on the fort with the Mesquite trees leafing out and wild flowers and cactus blooming.  The sun is getting stronger which means the temps are on the rise.  Today we reached 90 degrees with a nice breeze.

Following our morning exercise and breakfast, John left for Del Rio to pick up some supplies to do another job for Sam.  I headed to the clubhouse for ladies' golf, but no one showed up.  Since there was no golfing for me this morning, I decided to bake some bread as we used the last of what we had for breakfast.  With the bread started in the bread machine, I got some more boxes packed for the trip home.  Our departure date of April 1st has been called into question after talking with our son John last night.  Right now the snow is piled high around our place and we would have a very difficult time getting into the house.  We will have to keep in contact with the boys and see when it will be a good time to leave here.

This evening a group of us went to Julie's, a small restaurant here in Brackettville, for supper and, following the meal, spent a couple of hours enjoying live music by a country western band.   Our fun activities are winding down as more of our friends head north.

Monday, March 18, 2013

After being away for the weekend, today we got back into our normal routine of a morning walk and bike ride.  The temps were on the warm side so it was shorts and tee shirts for our exercise.

Right after breakfast, John headed off to wood carvers while I started a pasta salad for tonight's cookout over at Paul and Melinda's place.  Once the salad was under way, I spent most of the morning sorting through the kitchen cabinets and packing the items we want to take home.  John and I have pretty much decided we will shoot for April 1 to head north.

This afternoon John spent some time over at Sam Lark's place helping him fix his fireplace.  With that chore out of the way, he returned home and did some more sorting and cleaning in the shed getting it ready for summer.  At 5:30 p.m. we headed over to Paul's for a cookout.  Everyone brought a dish to share while Paul provided the hamburgers, buns, and drinks.  We all had plenty to eat and enjoyed the conversation and good food.  Our group continues to grow smaller as more of us are heading north.

Sunday, March 17, 2013

We're back.  John and I returned home early this afternoon after spending a wonderful weekend with family in Lexington, KY.  The only hitch in our plans was that John got sick the morning we were to head off to San Antonio.  I managed to get some medicine from Sam Lark, our trusty pharmacist, and we delayed our departure until late afternoon when we headed to San Antonio where we spent the night before heading off to the airport.  John was feeling a little better by Friday morning and survived the flight to Atlanta and then on to Lexington.  Saturday morning found him back to normal and he was able to enjoy the wedding festivities and visiting with family.

The weather was just perfect while in Lexington and we were able to tour some of the countryside with John's sister and brother-in-law.  It was so nice seeing the green grass and flowers beginning to bloom.  Here are a few photos from our weekend.

Wednesday, March 13, 2013

We had a beautiful day here in south Texas with sunny skies and very comfortable temperatures and humidity.  John took his usual morning bike ride while I skipped my walk as I was still a little shaky from the stomach virus.

John played golf with the men this morning while I managed to get a few household chores done.  This afternoon we stopped over to visit Rodger and Tootie as they will be heading for Michigan on Saturday and we wanted to say good-bye.  Since we didn't want any supper leftovers, we headed to Burger and Shake for something to eat and then took a little walk before settling in to watch Survivor and some college track and basketball.

Tomorrow we leave for San Antonio where, on Friday morning, we'll be flying off to Lexington, KY for our nephew's wedding on Saturday.  Since it will be a quick in and out trip, and I'm not sure of internet connections, I'll be leaving the laptop home and not updating the blog until Sunday evening.
No blog entry for Tuesday as I was under the weather with a 24 hour stomach virus.  My day was spent either in bed or the recliner where I watched all the NCIS series I recorded on the DVR.  John played 18 holes of golf with Paul and then made a hotdish to the RV potluck.  He also won one game of "31".  When he returned home last night, he told me the potlucks are over for the season as so many folks are heading home.  That was our day, hopefully things will improve as we leave on Thursday to head to Kentucky for our nephew's wedding.

Monday, March 11, 2013

After several days of strong winds, today's weather was warm and calm.  John and I were up early and on the road by 7:30 a.m. for John's final appointment with his orthopedic surgeon.  Dr. Conoley gave him the green light to resume all activities and said his knee looked good.

From the doctor's office we headed to McDonald's for some breakfast before making a stop at Wal Mart to pick up a few groceries.  We then made one final stop at our primary doctor's office to pick up copies of our medical records to give to our doctors in Minnesota.  When we returned to Bracketville, we went by the post office to check for mail and to pick up a package that had been delivered.

The main golf course is closed on Monday and since we didn't get to walk or ride bike this morning, we decided to play on the par 3 course this afternoon and get in a little exercise.  After we returned home, we took a golf cart ride along the Las Moras and I took a few pictures.  Spring has definitely arrived here on the fort.

Right before suppertime Sam and Leta stopped in to talk to John about a couple of household repair jobs they want him to tackle, so after we ate, he headed over to their place to check out what needed to be done.
While he was gone, I did some work on the computer and watched the Biggest Loser.

Sunday, March 10, 2013

It was a pretty quiet day for us.  Thunderstorms moved through overnight and brought much cooler temps and strong winds for today so we slept in this morning and skipped our walk and bike ride.

Following breakfast, we got cleaned up and headed off to church and the potluck meal after the service.  Our original plan was to play golf this afternoon, but the winds were just too strong.  We got a surprise visit from Dave Sandwick and his daughters who are visiting with him and Valada this weekend.  It was fun to see some familiar faces from home.  John took a little time away from watching college basketball to head over to the driving range for some practice swings and then did some chipping on the second hole just across the street from our place.  I managed to get a good start on the mystery I'm reading on my Kindle.  This evening we watched The Amazing Race and Killing Lincoln which we recorded earlier.  Like I said, a pretty quiet day for us.

Saturday, March 9, 2013

There were a few little puddles in the street this morning, so we must have had some misting overnight.  The sky was overcast with temps and humidity on the high side when we left the house for our exercise.

Once I got back home from my walk, we headed over to the RV park where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes, and coffee.  While we ate we visited with the Knowles, Miners, Linda, and her sister, Belinda.

We were scheduled to play golf with Rodger, Tootie, and their friends from Michigan, Keith and Ellen at 10:30 a.m., so we had to hustle to get down to the clubhouse in time to meet them.  Rodger borrowed a couple of golf carts so the women and men could each have their own threesome.  Once we finished out golf game, we all met up at Burger and Shake for a late lunch.

In between our various activities today, I made a pasta salad for tomorrow's potluck after church and some brownies for tonight's movie night.  We had 13 folks in this evening to watch a movie Mary Ellen found and I think all enjoyed the show along with the good snacks everyone brought.

The high today was 92 degrees, but right now strong winds and thunderstorms are ushering in a cold front.  Temps tomorrow should only reach the low 70's and the strong winds will continue to hang around.

Friday, March 8, 2013

I was surprised when I looked at the thermometer this morning and saw that the temperature was 65 degrees a little before 7 a.m.  That meant no winter hat and gloves, and fewer layers under the sweatshirt for the morning walk.

Following breakfast, we took care of a few chores around the house and then headed down to the clubhouse where we met up with Paul and John for a round of golf.  After nine holes, John dropped me off at the house and then he continued on with the guys to play the nine.  While he was golfing, I cleaned up some files, worked on finances, and did a little more clothes sorting.

This afternoon we headed over to Uvalde with Rodger, Tootie, Kieth, and Ellen to attend the annual Winter Texan dinner and dance.  Fort Clark was pretty well represented and we all enjoyed a nice meal and country band.  Some of our group even won some very nice door prizes.

It was getting late by the time we returned home, so we spent just a little while watching some TV before calling it a night.

Thursday, March 7, 2013

Not too much new happened around here today.  John and I got our walk and bike ride in nice and early this morning and then ate a leisurely breakfast.  We just finished eating when our pastor stopped in to visit on his way home from an early round of golf.

John made a quick trip into town to pick up the mail and then we spent the remainder of the morning working out in the shed sorting through boxes and deciding what needed to be put out in the trash.

This afternoon was couples' golf, so following an early lunch, we headed off to the clubhouse where there were about 20 teams ready to play.  John and I were paired with Milo and Sherry and after 18 holes, ended up three under par and tied for fourth place.  It's fun playing with different folks each week and getting to know them.

This evening John listened to Sam's basketball game on the computer and then we Skyped with his brother and sister-in-law for a while.  Rest remainder of the evening we watched some TV before calling it a day.

Wednesday, March 6, 2013

The weather was much improved this morning, so John and I were able to get outside to walk and ride bike.  Right now it's light when we leave the house, but after this weekend we'll be exercising in the dark.

After breakfast, John headed down to the clubhouse for men's golf.  Eleven guys showed up this morning so they made three teams.  John played with Ralph, Jerry S. and Jerry B. and they came in with a score of six under par.  While John was golfing, I did some cleaning around the house and organized a few files.  At the RV potluck last night, Paul made plans with John for us to play some golf this afternoon, so following lunch, we met up with him and John B. for nine holes.  It was a little on the chilly side, but we had a good time.

We spent a pretty quiet evening watching Survivor and a few more pre-recorded TV shows.  We're trying to get the shows we recorded watched and cleaned out of the DVR before we head home.

Tuesday, March 5, 2013

A front came through early this morning with strong winds of 25-30 mph.  John got up and put the glass top of our patio table in the house to keep it from being blown off the deck.  One of our chairs ended up in the yard, but that was the only damage we sustained.  Others were not so fortunate, losing bird feeders and outdoor thermometers.  Our morning exercise was canceled, but by mid-morning the winds died down a little.

The ladies golf was canceled, but John did go and play with John B. and Paul late in the morning.  He said the winds were a little stiff at times, but they still had an enjoyable time.

While he was gone, I finished up the laundry that got interrupted by our trip to Del Rio yesterday and continued sorting through clothes and packing some of them for the trip north.  I also started on a hotdish for tonight's RV potluck supper.

We had a pretty good crowd this evening and plenty of delicious food.  The desserts were especially good tonight.  As usual, we played cards and I was fortunate enough to win my first game.  One main topic of conversation at the dinner table this evening was when folks will be heading home or going onto different campgrounds.  We were surprised by how many folks will be leaving in a few weeks.  Sounds like John and I will have the fort to ourselves by the end of the month.

Monday, March 4, 2013

The temps were about 15 degrees warmer this morning when John and I left the house for our exercise.  It actually got quite warm this afternoon with the highs near 90 degrees and felt like summer.

After breakfast John headed off to woodcarvers and when that was over, stopped off at Paul's to put a few new grips on my golf clubs.  Now my whole set has new grips that were made for arthritic hands.  The grips are a little larger and help me to hold the clubs more steady when swinging.

While John was gone, I got started on the laundry and made some bread.  We had a few errands to run and needed a few grocery items, so after John got home, we headed to Del Rio.  Our first stop was Wendy's for some lunch and then we went to the Fed Ex store to get a wedding gift boxed up and shipped off.  We made a few other stops at different stores trying to get a copy made of our golf cart key, but we had no luck finding anyone who could duplicate it.  We'll have to wait until we go to Uvalde to see if we get one made.  Our final stop was Wal Mart for a few groceries and then we hit the road back to the fort.

This evening Rodger, Tootie, and their daughter and sister dropped in for a short visit and then we spent the rest of the time watching The Biggest Loser and a couple of pre-recorded shows.

Sunday, March 3, 2013

Our weather seems to be stuck in the same old pattern--cold mornings, warm afternoons, and plenty of strong winds.  John and I were up and out the door nice and early for our morning walk and bike ride.  Since John gets back home before me, he had a hearty breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast ready to eat when I walked in the door.  When we finished up with breakfast, we got cleaned up and headed off to church.

Yesterday at the RV breakfast Wes Camfield asked us to play golf this afternoon with him and Shirley.  We ate a quick lunch and headed down to the clubhouse to meet up with them.  Wes was there alone as Shirley was under the weather and wouldn't be playing with us.  The winds were pretty strong which, once again, made it a challenge to play some of the holes.  We all had some good and bad shots, but as usual when playing with Wes, we had a fun time.

Once we returned home, we spent the remainder of the afternoon and evening relaxing while watching a couple of our favorite Sunday evening TV shows and resting up for another busy day tomorrow.

Saturday, March 2, 2013

Today was a pretty busy one for us.  John and I were up early to get our exercise done.  After I returned home from my walk, we headed over to the RV park for the Saturday morning breakfast.  We sat with Jan and Mary Ellen and then were joined by Gene, Jeanne, Randy, and Nancy.  We spent some time visiting after eating and then headed back home.

John and I got cleaned up and then headed down to the Fort Clark Days Festival where we spent some time wandering through the living history and craft exhibits.  It took a while to see everything as we stopped often to visit with folks.  At noon we headed to the beverage tent where we worked for a couple of hours as volunteers selling pop and water to thirsty customers.  There were a couple of music groups playing in the area near the tent, so we were kept pretty busy supplying drinks and sold out of several different flavors.  After our two hour shift, we headed into town to pick up a sub and brought it home so we could relax in comfort while eating.

Since it was such a beautiful afternoon, we decided to play a round of golf.  The course was just about empty, so it didn't take too long for us to cover nine holes.  Stan M. stopped in this evening and spent some time visiting and then we spent an hour or so Skyping with Amy and the grandkids.  I think we should sleep well tonight.

Friday, March 1, 2013

It was pretty chilly when we left the house--31 degrees--for our morning exercise.  As we were a little later getting off, the sun was above the horizon and soon warmed us up.  I was only a few blocks from the house when my MP3 player quit--battery was low--so I had to do the rest of my walk entertained by my own thoughts.

Our morning was pretty quiet.  We spent most of the time sorting through winter clothes and deciding what we want to leave here and what should go home.  Following lunch, we met up with Ralph and Tim at the clubhouse for nine holes of golf.  I parred two holes today--a first for me.  The winds came back in full strength while we were out on the course and that made it a challenge to play those holes where the wind was in our face.

We spent a quiet evening watching a movie and resting up since tomorrow will be a busy day as Fort Clark Days are here again and we'll be helping out at one of the beverage booths.

Roofing Being Done Everywhere!!

John and I have been keeping pretty busy over these last several weeks.  Our weather has turned quite warm, but the nights cool down very ni...
