John and I were very surprised when we got up this morning and saw the outside temperature was 30 degrees. We didn't know a freeze was in the forecast. Since it was so chilly, we had to bundle up in layers, winter hats, and gloves for our walk. Once the sun got above the horizon, it didn't take long to warm up--we hit a high of 59 degrees this afternoon.
This morning we headed off to church and then out for lunch at Burger & Shake with Chuck and Lois. Since the afternoon warmed up so nicely, John and I played a round of golf. The beautiful day brought out quite a few golfers. We did manage to get in some football in between activities, but overall our Sunday was a pretty quiet one.
