Today was a very beautiful but hot day--temps this afternoon reached the mid 90's. John took his morning walk alone. I had to be down at the club house by 9 a.m. for the second round of the ladies' tournament. This morning I played with Ginny, Nancy, and Leslie--we were teamed up because of yesterdays' scores. I was very glad we played in the morning before it got too hot. We had a good time playing together with Ginny scoring better today than yesterday. The rest of us were either the same or a little worse.

While I was off playing golf, John went over to Rodger's and helped him put wire screening in the peaks of his RV canopy. You need to put this screening up in order to keep the birds from nesting and generally making a mess on your RV and patio.

Since it was so warm outside, we spent the afternoon inside reading, working on the computer, and making a dish to take to this evening's potluck. As usual, Tim and Mary Ellen picked us up and we headed over to the RV park. The number of people attending is beginning to get smaller as folks start heading out for home or continuing their travels. We had three tables of 31 with John winning the first game at his table. I didn't do very well tonight--the cards just didn't fall my way. We ended our evening with a little TV before heading off to bed.
