We had a little bit of everything today as far as the weather goes--sun, clouds, sleet, snow and high winds.  The temperature this morning was 28 degrees, but the wind made it feel like 17.  Needless to say, it wasn't a very pleasant one to be outside, but John did manage to get a few things done in spite of the cold.

First thing this morning, he worked down in the shop moving pallets around and made room to store the lawnmowers and four wheeler.  Since we had a good amount of rain over the past couple of days, John decided to give the new raspberry plot another pass with the tiller before putting it away for the winter.  The ground was a little muddy, but he was able to get it turned over once more.

My day was spent doing laundry and getting more clothes sorted and packed.  I'm also looking at expiration dates on canned goods, etc. to see what we need to take and what can be left home to use when we get back in the spring.  As we get boxes and crates packed, we stack them in the den so we have everything in one place and, hopefully, won't forget anything important.
