Our cold, windy weather continued again today. Even though we had sunny skies, the temps didn't get out of the low 40's and tonight's temps are suppose to drop down into the 20's. We are slowly but surely slipping into winter.

This morning it was John's turn at the dentist office. He came home with a good report--no cavities. While he was gone, I did some laundry
and baked a couple of loaves of bread. Sam's final football game was at 5 p.m. this afternoon. It was still very windy and cold, so we bundled up in hooded sweatshirts, winter coats, hats, and gloves. I was so glad the 8th grade game was held first while we still had some sun light, not that the sun made it any warmer. The Bears had a great game--Sam caught a pass for a touchdown and also rushed for one. They ended their season 9-3.

When we got home from the game, we warmed up with some hot soup and sandwiches before settling in to watch a couple of our favorite Monday night TV shows.
