John and I were up and out the door a little after 8 a.m. for the return trip to Gillette.  We traveled a different route which took us through the southern end of the Big Horn Mountains.  The scenery was absolutely breathtaking even though the road was a little scarey at times.

We stopped for lunch in Buffalo, a little town at the base of the mountains.  From there it was about a 45 minute drive into Gillette.
Matt's family arrived in the wee hours of the morning and the guys have spent most of the day taking apart the old deck and starting on a new one.  That project should get finished up tomorrow.  Have been having a great time visiting with family and will be sorry to leave here on Sunday.
