Our weather was much improved today with sunny skies and temps reaching into the 40's.  John worked in the shop again this morning and, after Matt called asking for a ride to pick up his truck, spent some time visiting with him.

I sold some of the items I listed on ebay, so my morning was taken up emailing invoices and packing up the sold items and getting them ready for shipment.  

When we were in Bemidji on Monday, John dropped off his wedding ring for resizing.  The jewelery store called last night and said the ring was ready to be picked up.  Since we had some banking to do, we decided to run to Bemidji, pick up the ring, do the banking, and take care of a couple of other errands.  I had also left my wedding band to be cleaned and now it looks like a brand new ring.  John's fits just right on his finger now with enough room to get it over his arthritic joint.  

By the time we finished our main errands, it was time for supper so we stopped at our favorite pizza place for something to eat.  It was then a quick stop at Wal Mart for some milk.  Our final stop was the Sears store on the way out of town.  Our dishwasher is almost 16 years old and the plastic racks and wheels are disintegrating from our extremely hot water.  (The water is heated by the outdoor wood furnace and is hotter than water heated with a hot water heater.)  Sears was having a big appliance sale and we found a good deal so we purchased a new dishwasher with a stainless steel interior.  It should be in the store by next week when we'll pick it up and John, with some help from Matt, will install it.  

We spent a pretty quiet evening watching some TV before calling it a day.
