It was nice and cool when we took our walk this morning due to the cloud cover and nice breeze; however, by the time we made it back to our driveway, the clouds were breaking up and the temps were on the rise.  It was another hot, dry day with no rain in sight.

John kept pretty busy this morning.  Matt had dropped off a trailer full of wood siding he had removed from a house he is re-siding.  John got it unloaded, removed some of the nails, and cut it up into smaller pieces that would fit in our outdoor furnace.  Nothing like free wood to burn for heating the hot water during the summer.

With the siding all cut and stacked, the next chore was picking cucumbers and then doing a little grass cutting.  Most of my day was spent cleaning the upstairs and getting the laundry done.  Our evening was spent once again watching the Olympics.
