When we left the house for our walk this morning, the skies were overcast and it looked like we might get some rain.  Unfortunately, by noon the clouds moved out without leaving one drop of moisture and the sun to warm the temps up into the mid 80's.  More hot dry weather is on the way for tomorrow.


Right after breakfast, Matt, Hanna, and Rachel arrived at our place.  Last week Matt had dropped off some lumber and today he and John made a new bed frame and headboard.  They got it all cut out and assembled by noon and then stained it after lunch.


While the guys were busy in the shop, I helped Rachel mat and frame a couple of her photos for the fair.  Hanna had decided to add one more picture, so she worked on getting that ready.  We spent the rest of their time here just hanging out until Matt was ready to head home.  He'll be back tomorrow to get the bed lacquered.


After almost two months, we finally got the final job done in our bathroom remodel.  While Matt was here, John got him to help get the tub faucet hooked up and then we installed the last door.  Our bathroom is now finished.
