The nice cooler weather of the past few days has passed and today we were back up near 90 degrees with humidity.  We were up and out a little later for our walk--thankfully, there was a slight breeze that helped keep us comfortable.


We had a very quiet day with our usual Sunday morning routine of breakfast followed by church.  John did spend a few minutes outside picking the cucumbers that had matured over the past day or so.  Hopefully we'll get enough to make some bread and butter pickles this week.

The county fair is this week, so we're going to be busy a few days working in the Original Arts Building registering entries and helping display the works of art.  The gal that was going to head this up got called out of town and asked if John and I could out help. 

Our afternoon and evening were pretty much spent watching the Olympics and just vegging out.
