We had a pretty quiet day around here.  The weather remained overcast but at least we didn't get any snow and the temps got above freezing, so we had some melting.

John worked down in the shop with JD again this morning.  I decided that since there are huge piles of snow in the yard and we won't be doing anything out of doors for quite a while, this would be a good time to clean out drawers, closets, and sort through clothing to see what we can eliminate.  I managed to get John to look through his things this afternoon and now some of his dresser drawers are organized.  Don't know how long they'll stay that way.  

We took a little break this afternoon and watched some TV and did some reading.   I saw a Sandhill Crane standing out in our west field this morning looking lost and a little confused by all the snow.  We've also seen geese flying around, but there's not much open water in the area for them right now.  Like I said, not much happening around here right now.
